Techincally speaking, sasuke should be able to use and copy any and every ability, including KKG's. Rinnegan allows him to use all nature releases and combines releases. Sharingan allows him to copy anything. Together nothing should theoretically be off limit, not even light_dark omnyoudon.
However there is chakra limits.

Chakra limits would (I believe?) only matter if he wasn't a full Uchihaha, but he was gifted with Hashi (Senju) DNA, so it's all good--right?

No? Everyone has chakra limits.
ill put it this way. Sage can make a bigger CT than nagato because of chakra limits. Sasuke's chakra limits will limit what and how much of what he can do. It all depends on his stock.

Oh and getting some hashi chakra doesn't instantly mean he's a chakra monster... However rikudou's power up could have made him a chakra monster. Time will tell
