Possible reasons why Naruto can't use the speed he used against A in current fights.

He can use body flicker just like sasuke, lee, guy, minato, and itachi that isn't pure raw speed it costs chakra the raw speed I've seen is sasuke and that's it I've never really see anyone run anymore.

Fighting kyuubi was part of the training. He completed it in a day basically. Meanwhile the war has started and it would be what? 4th day? What week ur talking about?
But its pointless since he had chakra refills from kurama, sasuke had not.

We've seen Kurama at his limit with chakra though. Also, Kurama never replenished Naruto's chakra in the war until Madara arrived. Naruto has been exhausted giving cloaks to the alliance. Another thing, Naruto is preserving Kurama's chakra as much as he can and is saving it for the other ninja.

One last thing, I still say that there's no proof that Naruto and Sasuke dashed at the same time in one of the recent chapters. I'm going to try to stay out of that argument for a while. But expect an I told you so when it turns out that Naruto moves faster than Sasuke.

Also, why do u all overlook that sasuke came very shortly after rest of hokages while not being edo?

There's no refusing that Naruto needed to go at top speed at his fight with Obito, yet he couldn't. The same goes for Sasuke. He couldn't go faster than A, he hasn't improved since then because of surgery, and Naruto is faster than A. Therefore, Naruto is faster. Saying that Naruto isn't faster than A is BS though.

The reason is plot. Period. If Kishi allowed Naruto to use his full speed all the time Naruto would be too powerful so he limits Naruto. That’s nothing new. Kishi has always held Naruto back. It just like how in part 1 Kishi didn't allow Naruto to summon giant toads with his chakra (he could do it with 9 tails chakra). Naruto could only summon small toads with his chakra which makes no since because Nartuo's problem with chakra control was he used too much chakra not too little. Just think about it. How can Naruto be able to mold enough chakra to create 100's of shadow clones, but not summon a giant toad. I'm not talking about a boss size toad either.

Naruto did train in speed. His battle with A was his training. In fact that was the entire purpose to that battle. Naruto was heading to the battlefield and A was standing in his way. Naruto was only allowed to use speed to get by A and he started out using the minimal speed he thought was necessary. That speed was not enough so he kept using more and more speed until he used his max speed (or close to it) to not only dodge A's attack, but also run by A as well.

Naruto running by A was the most important part of the battle. It's true that Naruto doesn't need to be faster than A to dodge A's attack, but he does have to be faster than A to run by him using nothing but speed and that's what he did. So, Yes, Naruto is faster than A.

He's been fighting for days. He took out a couple of kages, wiped out lots of zetsus, used many, many clones, used a massive amount of rasengans, used many TBB's, fought 6 Jinchuriki's, Obito, Madara, and the Juubi, he gave the alliance a great amount of chakra and kept controlling it at the same time. I think it's pretty amazing he is even still standing now.
