Ofcourse. I never doubted he loves his daughter.
It's like in One Piece, Luffy's father left him as a child to build a revolutionairy army against the World governement but he still loves and thinks about him, seeing as he always stares East the place where he left Luffy alone. Somethign similair is probably the case for Sasuke.

I can't think of Sasuke not loving his daughter. THat's too cruel even for him lol.
