so kishi gets influences from japanese mythology like itachi and orochimaru all the izanami, izanagi, kotoamatsukami, and susano'o many more
if you look at the kitsune(means fox) mythology
it's a lot but you'll notice somethings thats already in naruto
like the kitsune has long life(uzumaki clan)
when it gains its ninth-tail it can hear or see anything in the world(naruto and mito can both sense hatred)
they're tricksters and transform into girls
Kitsune keep their promises(naruto's promise to sakura)
when some of the kitsune that shapeshift into humans usually female breed with humans the offspring has some physical traits or special traits (naruto's whisker marks before the kyuubi was sealed in him
and kushina's special chakra)
hoshi no tama is kind of like the bijuu dama
supernatural abilities the kitsune have are flight, invisibility, creation of illusions so elaborate to be almost distinguishable from reality, bend time and space, or make fantastic shapes like trees(zetsus turning into trees)
and creating a second moon
it also mentions someone named Koan a person credited for wisdom and magical powers of divination

I think when naruto perfects his bijuu mode more hes going to do more space/time jutsu and he might be able to create another moon if tobi revives the juubi
i don't think he'll have any of the other illusion techniques because thats yin element and he only has the yang chakra
