Greetings base! I hope this thread finds you doing well. Now this are only predictions based on what we know now, and this is nothing more than speculation.
First of all, I think Naruto and Sasuke won't have the sage's chakra after the battle with Kaguya ends. This would allow for developing abilities in part III. I honestly believe Naruto & Sasuke will somehow give back the chakra to the sage.
This brings me to my second point, there is obviously going to be a villain, but this could go in one of two possible directions:
a) Perhaps we are going to face someone who wants to eat the Shinjuu's chakra fruit in order to become as powerful as Kaguya. If this is the case, the villain cannot be stronger than Kaguya (no one can be as strong as Kaguya for that matter) and his/her motivation is to actually become as powerful as Kaguya, the origin of chakra-having humans. I can see this happening if Kishimoto doesn't bring Kaguya's people/species back
b)Kaguya actually is building an army to fight whoever made her come to Earth/this dimension in the first place, so this villain could actually be more powerful than Kaguya, and Naruto and Sasuke would have to reach SO6P levels again but this time on their own (not by having someone miraculously giving them a power-up). This direction also bring the possibility of Naruto & Sasuke not giving up the sage's chakra, but I don't think the power levels can get higher that they already are at this point.
I wish to see the culmination of pairings in part III. Fans like the little couples and since this part III is likely to be the conclusion, we will finally see who ended up with who.
So those are my two cents, but please feel free to give your own ideas, that's this thread's purpose.
