Things are not looking so good for the heroes. Now, there are many possible grim outcomes ahead.
1. Naruto dies: Now that Black Zetsu took Naruto's last chance of surviving, there doesn't seem to be any way to save him now.
2. Sakura dies: If by some chance Sakura does know Chiyo's jutsu, Sakura may give up her life and die in Naruto's place.
3. Naruto, Sakura, Kakashi, Minato and Gaara all die: Madara can easily kill them all (including edo Minato who can be killed by onmyodon). Not even Minato stands a chance now that he no longer has Kurama. If this happens though, who would revive Naruto? Of course Madara would also take his rinnegan back.
4. Perhaps Tenten can find some way to release Kinkaku and Ginkaku from those tools. Maybe the Kyuubi chakara from them could save Naruto.
5. Maybe Naruto will die and then Obito will be able to resist Black Zetsu's control long enough to use rinne tensei one last time in order to revive Naruto. Then Obito would finally die.
6. Funny but unlikely: Tenten defeats Madara by using the pot. She then becomes the hero of the ninja world. This still does not answer the question of how Naruto would be saved however.
7. More likely than #6: Someone else (like edo Minato or edo Hiruzen) uses the pot to seal Madara. They do have unlimited chakara after all. This still wouldn't save Naruto though.
