Naruto and Sasuke are very low on chakra after a heavy battle, so they both charge in for their final attack.

Sasuke charges in with chidori and Naruto with Rasengan as they are running towards each other Sakura yells ' STOP IT'
and runs in-between the two killing her.

Sasuke and Naruto are in shock as they both struck Sakura, Sakura final words are '' please, enough of this we are comrades''

* followed with some flashbacks*

thus ending their fight

My money's on Naruto successfully talking down Sasuke with Kakashi showing up from behind and killing Sasuke after Infinite Tsukiyomi is released as he's too dangerous (and borderline psychotic).
