I first thought it was from 663, but after browsing the chapter I found out it was not.

What do you think? Is it fake? Can someone read the language?

It's fake, in manga such as Naruto, kanji have small hiragana written next to them in case someone doesn't know that particular kanji.
You can also see the borders of the panels are fake.

Hmm..it seems fake. But a really good one haha. There's something off about it that doesn't fit kishi's style (maybe sakura's eyes?). Plus Naruto looks fake in the panel after he opens his eyes.

It's in Chinese, plus can't you see that the text was handwritten, not typeset? And all of the panels are traced or eyeballed off of previous chapters. Plus you can see where the markers wrinkled the weak-ass copy paper it was drawn on.
