Ok it might be possible for Naruto to gain kekkei touta but as we know currently naruto only have 1 chakra nature i.e wind.
so there is a chance that he might fuse with his toad buddies in SM now that he has full control over kurama(kyubi) there will be unlimited SM for naruto.
But my thought is he will not fuse with maa & paa . he will fuse with gamakichi & gamatatsu (remember i am talking about future not current)
and also gamakichi & Gamatatsu can change there size to small if they want to so no problem with shoulders.
now thing about it for a second what is one of the main thing shown in manga
Ans : WILL OF FIRE [Next generation surpassing previous one]
does that mean only ninja can surpass the previous generation & not Summonings like toad, snake etc.. lol
from my point its very clear naruto will mostly use gamakichi & gamatatsu in future when he needs them. and like i said there is high chance of Gamakichi & gamatatsu to surpass Maa & paa in future just like how naruto surpassed jiraiya.
now thing whats the reason jiraiya isnt in the war as edo ????
it is because it will be useless to bring him back if now he fights naruto. narutos speed & BM might be too much for him. but in future naruto might not have kyuubi inside him. it will get removed somehow & he might not be Kyuubi jinchuriki then, at that time his main weapon will be SM.
and in future if Orochimaru or someone else plans to create new war or might just had to fight with multiple ninjas. at that time he might just use Reanimation jutsu to bring back Jiraiya. and suppose maa & paa both are dead at that time. so Jiraiya will have to fight naruto It will like
Edo SM Jiraiya fused with Edo Maa & Edo Paa VS SM Naruto fused with Gamakichi & gamatatsu.
And seriously naruto cant win against jiraiya with just spamming Rasenshuriken or shadow clones he will need some new techniques of his own which he mastered after he trains with Gamakichi & Gamatatsu.
I Will say he will get a Kekkei touta as a very strong Weapon.

Gamakichi have Fire Nature.
Gamatatsu have Water Nature.
and in SM when they are fused there chakra is one not diffrent so in that state Naruto will manage to create his own kekkei touta using his wind, gamakichis fire & gamatatsus water nature comined .
so with or without kyuubi current naruto can fuse with maa & Paa.
and maybe in future he will fuse with gamakichi & gamatatsu.
ps : i would love to see naruto using ftg & stb as well.
