Possible increase in Naruto's Form

In regards to Naruto's new form (Six Paths Sage Technique - Stated by Naruto Wiki), is it a new form or extension of his previous?

Here's what I mean:
Sage Mode is its own transformation
Bijuu Mode is its own transformation

So, is this new form its own transformation (Six Paths Transformation?)?

If that is the case, doesn't that mean he can combine his previous forms for added power, exactly like how he combined his Sage Mode and Bijuu Mode to increase his power?

Thank you, this is much clearer. I was thinking that the new mode wasn't necessary because of the Bijuus, but solely because the Sage gave him power. But, can he still add his own Sage Mode to it? I mean, it's not necessary, but I'd like to know if he's still able to

I would actually be OK if they kept their powerups. But I would like them to diminish in power if they remained at all. Have side effects or something.

The best course of action would be for them to just be removed after the war though.
