[Theory] Possible Gear 4?

Ok,.I'm not one.who believes Luffy will have a Gear 4, but what I was thinking on what it would be if he does. I think if he ever gets it, he would inflate his muscles instead of his bones. That way, he would bulk up like Nightmare Luffy. The reason I see this not being implemented is because it may defeat the purpose of Gear 3.

What do you think?

I could imagine gear third being a prototype for gear fourth!

Gear fourth may be a combination of the speed presented with second and the size or st least hitting force of third!

Luffy has already combined gear second and third on thriller bark when he defeated Moria with his last move, so I want it to be something more unique and more dangerous for his body.
