I saw lots of threads about how hashirama died,and why.Look at this scan:

Madara tells seeing PS will eventually kill you.But the senju brothers also witnessed it.Their deaths were inevitable.

So i guess both of them should have been alive for about 5 years,according to what occured after this incident.Neither of them could have reached the old age.


Also,here madara talks about a reason why they cannot reach their full power.Ofcourse it was never revealed.But it can be because of PS

Hashirama fought Kyuubi + PS and killed Madara. His death has nothing do with that.

thats fillers fight, manga never made it. so madara never used PS when he was alive. i believe when maddy says that, he was referring to indra who used PS. ashura and his friends, who fought with him against indra, all died. (but if you see the manga, it's said that they both died so indra could've died too)

Anime is the real deal if there was only manga and no anime then nobody would bother reading it.

Madara died becuase harshirama blind sided killed madara. Madara could have killed harshirma if he wanted but he wanted harshirama alive because he loved him and wanted get stronger
