Possible Custom Jutsu Loophole

Hey guys, I know a few people are probably going to hate me for pointing this out but there seems to be a possible custom jutsu Loophole.

Problem:
the current rule states that one person can only have 35 custom jutsu (plus village customs, custom element jutsu, extras from winnning tournaments). However, it seems that many people have way more than this because of people allowing others to use thier custom jutsu. Now if two people make 30 custom jutsu and allow each other to use thier customs then that gives both of them a total of 60 custom jutsu in thier inventory.

Reason to bring this up:
In order to promote some sort of balance and fairness in the RP system.

Solution:
I think everyone should have to list the customs that they plan on using in thier customs thread regardless of if it is thier original custom or if they were taught it from a friend. If its not listed in thier list of usable customs then they shouldnt be allowed to use them.

I've never really like the idea of allowing someone else to use your entire list of customs, just seems silly to me.

NUU! I guess we could indeed restrict the number of customs one is able to use, but not to 35 all together O_O
Maybe one could only learn 20 custom jutsus?
But I like the way things are right now.

whats wrong with 35 customs all together? you still have elemental justu, bio specific jutsu, regular ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, Kaito taijutsu, Fuuinjutsu, village specific jutsu (should be comming soon), summonings, and custom element jutsu. thats well over 100 jutsu at your disposal.

Ah i always believe that one should only use what one makes so i think this "i allow him to use my this this jutsu" should be stopped and they should only be allowed to use those customs which they made themselves or which was made by one or more people together and they are coproducers of it.

It might decrease the power of some people in RP, though I guess that is the general concept behind your idea.

Though, I have to agree with you to some extent, but isn't it unfair to have people leave CJ's that they had approved before? Not to blame anyone, but it isn't their fault that they have more than the allowed limit.

Because of the endless possibilities that Custom Jutsus provide. Besides, if we create jutsus for one bio, they will count towards the 35, and summoning jutsu will also count towards the 35. Rei's the one that checks Village/Clan/Groups jutsus.

Though it doesn't really matter, I don't RP that much anyways.

It probably would, but the idea is to keep it somewhat fair for all poeple, because some of the newer members may not have the

I'm guessing if the Mods had wanted people to have a limitless supply of customs then they wouldnt have imposed the original restriction in the first place. You can always drop customs that you dont use anymore (lord knows I have a few that I dont even touch because they are outdated). I guess this is just my personal preference.

each custom element has a 12 jutsu limit, and they are treated like learning any new element.

I just brough this up because all Custom areas seems to have a limit and this one is being exploited

Just to make things clear, customs or no customs, I'd adapt anyway. The thing is, I love to create, and I love diversity. I think there are lot's of customs out there that are really original, likewise there are many innovative ways to use an element or an ability, and I like to create customs for it. 35 customs of your own is a great number, and then we have the freedom to create custom elements and some jutsus for them, then we get to create a clan, and jutsus for it. I equally enjoy creating and RP, and limit the creativity to 35 is just meh. Though I do get what you say, I think I never had a battle where my opponent wouldn't use Sin's "Black Burn" jutsu, which is quite annoying, likewise, no one is safe to use lightning anymore because of Hasashi's "Lightning Manipulation" (In this case, I have it too).

As much as I hate it, I love it XD.

Although I don't think CE jutsu should be included, that's closing the gap a little to tight. For one to have CE would practically take out having regular customs(4 CE, 12 jutsu each=48 jutsu, granted it should be less but that's another story then again this isn't exact cause not everyone has 12 jutsu for their element)

That bold part to me is the biggest reason why custom sharing has gotten out of control. I've always seen customs as a way to personalize your jutsu and add to the uniqueness of your characters. When everyone's running around using the same customs it completely defeats that purpose.
