I think in the next chapter we might see Obito finding out that he can slip through objects. Then he flees from Madara's cave (remember, Madara said there was no exit and Obito has to repay his debt), arrives the village and finds out that Rin died. So he get back to Madara and turns evil. Something like that might happen, right?

How would you see Obito turning evil? Right now, he desperately wants to leave (as fast as possible) and not stick with Madara.

Yea i know Rin is dead thats for sure..but i think he was brainwashed by Madara before that .. you see Madara wont let him out of that cave before Obito repay his depth for saving him .. so i think he will prolly do something to him before letting him out of that cave ..
