Possible body modifications?

For my Shichinintai story, one of the Shichinintai will undergo forceful body modifications. The character in question is a former sky ninja, and fights with more "technological" weapons, such a Kunai launchers, hand-held cannons, etc.

One mod I have in mind is guns implanted in her fingers, which shoot extremely small caliber bullets, mainly used for assassination. She loses the majority of her limbs before the body mods, so feel free to add whatever else you may think of.
