im pretty sure that madara is only doing eye of moon for himself, and brainwashed obito to do his biding....the eye of the moon couldve been done completly alone by obito but he wanted to be resurected....i think because he wanted to use it for himself.....so essentially madara manipulated obito like obito manipulated nagato....

Madara is strange because his words are to good to be true. Like he's a master at manipulating people.I agree with you

Well lets see this way, Obito is Darth Vader and Madara is the emperor, Yes they both(Madara/emperor) saved their students from death however they brainwashed them to accept their twisted idles, Well to put it in conclusion the same way Darth Vader was going to be tossed aside might be the same fate as Obito, and maybe Madara will replace obito with sasuke or something.Sorry about referencing something outside of Naruto.
