Is Nagato's line similar to when Person A tells Person B that they will see Person B in heaven after they die even Person A might not actually see them?

If Nagato was being literal, his soul is returning to the same underworld as Jiraiya and that's where his soul was before it returned to this world via Edo Tensei.

Not sure about the instant kill part because Orochimaru was brought back with Jugo and Sasuke used techniques to bring back Orochimaru.

If the Dead Demon Consuming Seal has a counter jutsu, that should also apply to the Ten Hands Long Sword. I say this because while both techniques are said to permanently seal their targets, Orochimaru (arguably a Plot no Jutsu and goes with Itachi's claim that all techniques have a weakness) proved that the former does a weakness with a counter jutsu.

I would love to see Nagato come back but Orochimaru left parts of himself int the curse mark so he could come back. Nagato didn't so I doubt he is coming back unless it has a loop hole.

Honestly with the amount of big players currently running around in the manga, it doesn't make sense to bring Nagato back. He would barely have any panel time...

He died his death and hopefully that's that. I really do not want to see anymore BS plot no jutsu revivals.

It's called plot and taking up space to talk about feelings TNJ nothing more, oro only came back because he was not completely sealed ... He still had his chakra and/or soul essence in the cursed mark he created. ( oro truly is a genius )
