Madara must First come back to life before He can become the Host of the 10 Tail He said it Himself several chapters ago. And He must go throw Naruto First sines Naruto is in the Tug of War. No it's looking dark for Madara.

I think that Madara after becoming the 10 tail jinchuuriki will gravely injure Sasuke. :dead:Both Of Sasuke's power ups can potentially happen in death.
Rinnengan- Senju DNA + near death
Curse Mark Sage- Juugo healing him with cells or possibly completely merging.
Of course Sasuke won't die for long because he has Juugo, Orochimaru, Sakura, Karin, Tsunade + the Infamous kyuubi chakra cloak, that and there have been strong hints that Sasuke will survive in order to try to help change Konoha.

Actually, he is in the perfect spot for this happening. Konoha will judge Sasuke if SA wins the war, and Konoha will recognize Sasuke as a hero if he saves the day sacrificing himself, cleaning the Uchiha name, and saving the village (both of them oaths he made to the former Hokage).
