Possibility of Naruto temporarily 'dying'?

I see this as a way in which he will meet the Sage. I reckon there will be a huge jutsu from either Obito or Madara that blows away a large majority of the alliance leaving Sasuke grievously injured and Naruto losing consiousness. Before hand Minato gave his other half of the Kyuubi chakra to Naruto and was sealed away. The hachibi has also been extracted from Naruto with half of its chakra in Naruto and half in Obito. When he thinks he's dead he will awaken in a white space and meet the Sage who exclaims joy at seeing his successor and the sage tells him how to win. Then Obito or Madara attempts to kill Hinata/Sakura and Naruto awakes and saves them.

Is this a possibility?

Well this wouldn't be the first time that method has been used for someone to meet some other guy, there was Harry Potter and then there was Transformers Revenge of the Fallen.

OT: It would be nice if that happened. It gives a sense of despair and opens up the possibility of people dying; which is something people here have complained about (Lack of meaningful deaths in the war).
