Possibilities How Kakashi still elite even without current sharingan

He get another eye from Obito.
He still has possibility to get Obito's eye and he has additional Hashirama DNA in it. He will get extra chakra from it.

Without Sharingan his chakra will be enough to perform FTG and he will get FTG from the fourth.

He still can perform kamui without sharingan eye like Madara perform susanoo without eyes.

He get special white chakra like his father and combine it with his current abilities.

He will start to spam rasengan and use another his 1000 jutsus.

He has Shikamaru's level intelegence and Lee's level or better Taijutsu and he can open at least one gate. If he polish his ability to open gate he will be OP too.

Kakashi is main character's sensei. When his students lose their power to near death experience, they get better replacement power. It is natural if Kakashi will get better power replacement for his sharingan.
