Poseidon's Abilities:
He has super healing.
He can control water freely without hand signs and solidify it.
He can control ice.
He can turn into water, but when he does he has a "core" that can be damaged to return him back to his normal state.
He can summon Hippocampi; giant water horses with crab legs that also have a "core."
He can use water to propel himself like a jet.
He possesses a trident that can produce bolts of electricity and cause the earth to shake.
He can breathe underwater.​

I found this about the Five tails

I recently discovered what type of creature the Five-Tailed Beast is. It took me forever to find, but I finally matched it to the right animal and its history. Apparently its a mythical creature from Greek mythology they call it a Hippocampus. A Hippocampus is a creature with the upper body of a horse and a lower body of a dolphin. They were used by the Greek god Poseidon to pull his chariot and were rode by many other gods.

I think this cool. Apparently the 5 tails is a creature that pulls Poseidon's chariot.

Pretty sure he has more abilities than that since he's a god but I think he was already beaten by Kratos, which is silly because Kratos shouldn't be able to beat any of the big 3 Gods.
