To answer the question, I'm in college so nobody is really "cool" or "popular" you are just part of the student body. If I could have one friend it would probably be naruto or shikamaru, both seem like they would be fun to hang with.

What do you mean by Popular? Being well-known or having a lot of friends? Because I hang out with a lot of people, but I don't believe in being some try-hard who acts like he runs the school. Anyways if I had to choose one person from Naruto to hang out with it would definitely be Naruto.

P.S. I would pick Sasuke if he wasn't so damaged like he is now.

When I was in high school iwas pretty much known by everybody tbh, there was a group of us that use to hangout. I would probably hang with bee, there wouldn't be a dull moment at all.

I'm not really known that much now though because I'm a freshman in college.
