Lets see how many references we can find, and by references, I mean ideas Kishi decided to use from other movies/series and adapt to the Narutoverse. I'm not even going to use mythology that I've read off of wikipedia from time to time (i.e. Susanoo and Yamata no Orochi).
1. Star Wars comes to mind almost immediately. Rin dies, Madara helps Obito turn bad and then massacres the Uchiha Order with the help of his Zetsu Clone Army...and Itachi Starkiller
2. Batman. There are several from the newest movie alone what with Tobi and Bane jabbering about how it doesn't matter who they are only that there plan gets completed; not to mention Obito gets half his body broken and thrown in a well and has to recuperate and get out of there to save his precious people like Bruce did before it's too late (I wonder if Obito will turn good and use Kamui to remove the moon, apparently dying in the process only to be seen later by his butler Zetsu with the Mizukage having lunch somewhere all happy and content - maybe they'll even put his mask on the Hokage monument; Naruto will be all sad and eventually become the new Tobi)
3. The Matrix. Infinite Tsukuyomi = The Matrix
4. Harry Potter. I'll just go with the obvious one being the snake-like Orochimaru plotting for immortality; Voldemort wanted Harry's body and Oro wanted Sasuke's body; Voldemort gives people the Dark Mark and Oro has his cursed seal
5. Twilight. In the beginning Sasuke was all "Stay away from me, I'm not like you" but then Naruto got him to open up and they became buddies, but then Sasuke was like "I have to go away now" and Naruto was all heartbroken and became friends with Sai while trying to get Sasuke to come back and Sai just wanted to kill Sasuke so he could have Naruto all to himself; I'll stop the reference there because it might get a little weird if I keep going
