Since Naruto and Sasuke are leagues above Sakura in skills, healing was the only thing that made Sakura useful to team 7 and now Naruto's surpassed her in that as well. What is Kishi thinking making Sakura have nothing to offer while portraying teamwork? :dead:

You hit the nail on the head,kakashi's emphasis on "teamwork" between those 3 makes zero sense-when all Sakura will do is get in the way and slow them down.(worst case scenario, madara could use her as a hostage.....) It's like a bunch of 18year olds trying to team up with some 5 year olds in a sports team-it isn't going to work out. The power differential between naruto,sasuke,madara and sakura is too big. At least kakashi can be used to create strategies....

Kishi really should have kept healing exclusive to Sakura. Now we've got this idiocy. We all know Sakura can do jack against current Madara because Tsunade did jack on edo Madara. In order to be useful, she'd need a buff.

Sheesh. I just woke up. What may be a recurring thing for you is the first thing for me. It's fine when the side-characters are useless, and you kind of expected Kakashi to be surpassed, but it's another thing when the emphasis is teamwork on the team and Sakura, who's on the team, can't contribute.

The problem is, most ninjas are unique, meaning with a power boost from Naruto, they are very good at participating, but what was classification to Sakura just got crapped on by Naruto and Kishi's writing.

Maybe against madara, sasuke and naruto can find a way to incorporate sakura's strength in battle? At this point yea she's useless but she hasn't shown what she's fully capable of offensively. Maybe she can do the rebirth thing tsunade can.

Naruto can't 'heal' himself. Noone even knows how the thing works kishi isn't stupid to kick medical ninjutsu to the curb. There are limits to medical ninjutsu such as reforming a lost eye for another person and restoring life force but there will be things even Naruto's neew trick cannot do.
