That panel was so small it hardly drew a proper silhouette of her character, I'm not surprised her seal didn't make it onto that panel.

To suck her seal dry it woulda had to suck the kyubi cloack chakra away, she still has that so obviously he didn't get her.

As much as we dislike Sakura, Kishi will NOT kill her off.

So Sakura should be lucky that she is still alive.

The Seal could not be seen for many reasons:

• The panel is just too small, and Sakura is a bit far away making us unable to notice if the seal is actually there or not
• The fox cloak can be the one responsible for it, it could be "hiding" the seal due to the chackra effect it makes around her.
• Her hair could be blocking it

Besides, if Katsuyu is still summoned, you really the seal disappeared?? Duh...
