Well it wasn't fair the first time, Sasuke was still getting used to his abilities, and was figuring out his MS jutsus during the fight... If it had been the same Sasuke that fought Ay or Danzo, it would've been a more fair fight

Honestly, a Pre Susanoo Sasuke without the Itachi injuries could take him extreme Diff, with Taka backing him, although it sways either way.
