I just realized that nobody gives a rats *** about him...
When Madara collected all the Biju in the war, not a single person cared about Bee, they all rushed to save Naruto U_U without even having a single thought of Bee who also got his Biju extracted.
He's lucky he was quick to think or he would've just been some unknown fodder who died, alone and forgotten...

Well it wasn't fair the first time, Sasuke was still getting used to his abilities, and was figuring out his MS jutsus during the fight... If it had been the same Sasuke that fought Ay or Danzo, it would've been a more fair fight
