Personally for me it's Hinata. She used to be one of my favourites due to having such a compelling background. She had always mostly been about Naruto, but she at least wanted to earn acknowledgement from her father and others. Now that Kishimoto has chosen to make her entire existence based on Naruto I've lost all interest in her.

I'm trying to decide between tenten, kurenai, or shizune. None of the have impressive feats. Though they may not be weak they don't seem to be impressive.

Remember that without her many characters would have been dead by now, Kankuro is an example of those, we should give her credit for saving his life from Sasori's poison.
