Why are the Somalian pirates not on this poll?

For that reason right their they aren't really a military faction but rather a group of "pirates" the fact that so many of them get killed by the U.S and Britain and the casualties they give us in return are below levels of recognition is what kept them out but the thought did cross my mind

Easily the Russians, their terrain is hard enough to next to the fact that they either have the largest or second largest army in the world, also they beat the French, Germans, Americans and much more

Russiais too big and too highly populated...they take it (if it is just these individual forces, no alies)

The size of Russia doesnt play that big of a factor.. Germany was miles and a poor decision away from taking it over in the span of a few months. Not too mention this is specifically talking about their special forces, not their armies
