Considering the recent relevations of the first chapter of Naruto Gaiden, we have came to a deep conclusion that Sarada's parentage comes into deep question, on one side we have Sasuke who is now confirmed to have yet meet his daughter who desperately wants him to be a part of her life, and on the other side we have Sakura, who has obscured the truth of her relations with Sasuke by concealing the forged "family photoshoot" and the image of Karin, fainting on her daughter when she is desperately seeking answers.

We don't know who put the picture there.
We don't know why didn't Sasuke and Sakura just took at least 1 picture together for the make up instead of using an old Taka picture.
We don't know if it's not just a red herring + tease for shippingers.
We don't know what about Karin (except that since she didn't die from the same Mokuton Spear that killed Neji 100% she didn't die).
