This will take into the matter of initial death, thus will not count Edo Tensei release or any of such. Who do you personally think had the most emotional and best death scene in Akatsuki ? In terms of being memorable and actually making you shed a tear as to how the character went out, firm in their personal beliefs and going out in a show of style.
I shall start first with my own choice, my personal favorite and memorable death would be Kisami Hoshigaki, who would sacrifice himself in a spring of glory, smiling proudly at the face of death and remembering the words of his only good friend(and perhaps only) friend, Itachi Uchiha.
"Itachi, it seems that in the end, I wasn't such a bad guy after all..."

What struck me is the fact that Kisame went out in the very the same way he remained to be, without no change in attitude whatsoever, dying for what he personally believed in, a world that wouldn't lie to itself anymore through Infinite Tsukuyomi.
It's personally more impacted for me, considering his voice actor immediately passed away afterwards unfortunately, right after the demise of the character.
