Did you ever look at that piece of dialogue from a figurative pointbof view perhaps? Kishi isn't one to include useless pieces of speech... I don't think it was meant to represent Naruto's literal hand but the huge warmth and strength that always seems to radiate from his character. And the most important part "it makes her feel safe" as if they can actually win this thing. As if naruto is going to succeed in saving everyone. But that's just my opinion. It's kinda silly to think about the texture of a hand right before a battle, but I respect your opinion. <3

Did you ever look at that piece of dialogue from a figurative pointbof view perhaps? Kishi isn't one to include useless pieces of speech... Thank you <3 yes many Hinata fans can be a bit... Overbearing, but when push comes to shove it's best to keep the peace. I completely understand where you're coming from though. At a glance the comment was completely random and innappropriate considering neji's very recent death but I suppose the entire chapter was about healing and pulling together instead of grief and despair. It is really the way you decide to interpret it. Sometimes I do wish Hinata's character didn't revolve so much around Naruto, but despite her flaws, she's still a nice person =D

If Hinata had other goals or dreams that weren't centered around Naruto I might of actually liked her tbh. Also she could of showed a bit for feeling for Neji death. However she did knock Naruto out of his little phase so I guess she was helpful there.

Her eyes freaks me out.

Her breasts are too big for my tastes (even though shes only manga character).

This. Honestly, she's hideous looking, aesthetically speaking. Neji wipes the floor with her. No kidding. Her paper-clip horrible personality that centers entirely on Naruto doesn't take her far either. A character that deserved to be written of, more than Sakura and that is saying a lot, considering the giant pile of rocks Sakura is.
