When exactly Sasuke fought that much long to empty his high portion of chakra reserves??hmm
And that isn't PS by the way, it is just Susano'o with legs...

1/ I didn't say it was empty.
2/ he fought kabuto, and he started fighting along with team 7 before he used ps.
3/ his susanoo size is big as madara's, it just doesn't have armor.

Maybe the PS susanoo is covering Kurama.
You can see this, because of the pointy susanoo nose on Kurama that the non-stabalized PS lacks.
