[Poll] Preferred final antagonist?

Excluding Sasuke from this equation since his fight with Naruto was going to be inevitable in the series, who would you had personally preferred to be the final antagonist in terms of the Naruto Manga. I will admit that once I looked back into the chapters(along with the animated series) it seems that Madara (and to some degree, even Obito himself before his redemption) would had seemed a better candidate than Kaguya Otsutsuki due to her sudden appearance and rushed backstory that was explained late into the Fourth Shinobi World War.

Concerning the manga's hidden involvements with Madara Uchiha since the the early stages of the series, one would believe that he would had been a far better candidate, but I digress since this is just my own personal input on the matter. Obito also counts since he has been responsible for a great deal of things that happened in the manga, along with the events of starting the war to begin with and of course being the one responsible for the Nine Tails attack on Konoha which set the story in motion.

Who would had made a better final antagonist for the Naruto Manga, Obito Uchiha, Madara Uchiha or Kaguya Otsutsuki.​

All three are a disappointment tbh. If kishi didn't have a deadline I'd pick kaguya.

Madara is the obvious choice. Plus, I liked it when Obito changed sides, it made the plot more dynamic.

Honestly it should've been Kaguya but she should have appeared after Madara's defeat that way most of the problems about her would have been negated.

IMO, It should've been Madara's defeat then Naruto vs Sasuke and after a little timeskip or something Kaguya appears.

Kaguya, she would've had an epic appearance had the manga not been rushed... I was hyped for a figure like her to appear ever since this was stated

Madara since he was the primary antagonist throughout the manga. Although Obito felt more like a final villain and then madara piggybacked off him, sort of became redundant at that point. Kaguya wasn't really known and became foreshadowed in the end, and didn't really give her the final villain feel.

Madara's and Hashirama's conflict should have been mentioned way back in part one. Then, Tobi should have been the actual Madara and final villain.

Madara or Obito.

Madara because he was already a well established character, and the Sage essentially made Madara out to be Kaguya, a person turned power obsessed. I think it would've been great, as an ending. The dunce(Naruto) and the prodigy(Sasuke) working for a common cause, like friends.


I also like Obito because of his backstory. A Naruto that delved into the dark side, manipulated by Zetsu and Madara. But of course for Obito to be the 'final' villain, i'd remove the SOSP power-up. I liked the battle just fine with Sauce and Naruto vs Juubito. Just get the others to focus on dealing with Madara, and there could be two proper 'final battles'.

Obito/Juubito was a whiny character with a weak mind and nowhere a worthy final villain. Tobi was great, but a different character.

Kaguya is just meh.
Gollum just can't be a final villain.

But Madara was great.
As an Edo, he was pure awesomeness and had the best lines, destroying everyone. When he came back to life and fought blind, he was awesome too. As a Jinchuuriki he looked like a god.
But then Kishi wasted soooo much time before Maddy got his second eye back, using multi-CT and casting Mugen Tsukuyomi.
His personality was great, his powers were cool and he was very intelligent. Also he was known since part 1 and foreshadowed hundreds of chapters ago.

Madara was hyped as a force to be reckoned with throughout the manga.

It's been explained to me why Kaguya as fv makes sense, but the story just didn't need another villain after Madara.

I feel that would've been better. When Madara as an Edo appeared I just didn't care about him. All my thoughts were on who Tobi was. Hindsight is 20/20 but I just didn't want it to be Obito ( ._.)
