Nagato nor Mito had Chakra Chains & Karin isn't a finjutsu master.

The databook made it clear though, Kushina & Karin are the only two Uzumaki descendants to showcase that particular KKG in the manga.

Just like Kushina was the only noted Uzumaki to possess her particular distinticve powerful chakra.

Uzumaki. The longevity and incredible life force are reason enough. Massive amounts of chakra? Check. You're basically the best body package (don't get the wrong meaning) alongside Senjus. Plus, learn Sage Mode and a few neat and strong ninjutsus, KKGs if you're lucky, and genjutsus to accompany SM power enhancement and you're basically boss. Have the added bonus of Fuinjutsu if you want.

Hyugas are pretty weak and limited in power and development, and in terms of what they are capable of, comparatively.
