I personally don't. Its plain and nothing naruto related like the prior base. By naruto related I mean there were pictures and stuff and now its just a forum. No manga pages or anything like that.

I dont think there finish yet. All they did was update the V Bulletin. I guess they make the theme for the site later or whenever there ready so just wait and see.

It has been stated in the upgrade announcement that the forum will run its default theme until a new, custom-made one will be completed.

I just don't think it was a smart move to implement a re-designed website with all of its prior operations not functioning. Thousands of people come here to read manga, and if they're not able to read it on wednesday they will probably go to another site.

Just be patient people. It's a completely new system. Of course it looks plain and of course things are missing. They have to add them back. vB doesn't just come with all this stuff automatically set up.
