In any case, I think there may be an upcoming struggle between Madara and Kaguya for control over her body. My prediction is that they could end up fighting it out internally, Naruto and Sasuke using the opportunity to try and seal Kagudara (yep, I went there). Madara may/may not regain control, but in any case the kage will come to help Naruto and Sasuke seal her.

I also lean towards madara fighting for control of his body, though I think it'll be after Kaguya has been weakened by nardo and sauce, if he'll succeed is another thing entirely.
