Because Kekkei Genkai were explicitly stated to be uncopyable. Besides, who said he copied it? Naruto. How the **** does HE know what happened?

We can obviously assume he copied it because of the repeated hints coming from the author, or editor notes along with Naruto's (Kishimoto's) implications.

Kekkei genkai cannot be copied because it requires a person to have the bloodline inheritance or what have you. If the requirments were met, why would someone not be able to copy and perform?

This has been disproven before. Madara used Hashirama's techniques after recieving his DNA. Why would it not be the same for Kakashi who had recieved Obito's eyes and chakra?

guys don't forget, Obito never awakened 1 tomoe sharingan.. he went straight to 2 tomoe and never used 1tomoe ever in his life.. that's who obito is , he just skips steps.. he even skips from 1 dimension to the next. his eyes do these things with his chakra and will.. and now he forced kakashi to do the same thing except regarding Susano'o. Reread the chapter where the Hokages come back.Hashirama was moving on his own and Orochimaru said he lost control of the former's movements.

A asspull is something that happens with no prior explanation whatsoever,Edos breaking free of the jutsu and caster has already been explained.

Oro said he isn't restricting their movements this time. So they had free will. Point invalid . Not prior to it happening sorry but it was an asspull. It never happend before madara did it. So you have yet to prove anything to say that it wasn't an asspull madara broke free before sasuke talked to the hokages.

Obito unlocked Kamui when Rin died and made a 'hell' out there at the same time. So how can you he could teleport or not? Because he didn't try and was a little busy? He called that dead tree and everyone was hanging dead in a bloody pool for god sake - within minutes of him unlocking his MS.

He used his newly gained ability on auto pilot and himself was shocked at the end by the level of mayhem he caused.

What makes susano'o unable to be copied? If you have all the requirements you can copy a technique if it's a kekkei genkai. Kakashi copied the formation of the perfect susano'o after seeing it whereas Sasuke and Madara never had anything to copy.

there's a reason it's called kekkei genkai. it's bloodline related kakashi is not an uchiha. just having a sharingan is not enough. or u else why hasn't he be able to use amaterasu? or some other kg tech. all the tech kakashi was shown to have copied were none kg. and yes susano is a kg or else a non uchiha would have one too

PS on the copy ninja Kakashi of the sharingan is not even a doubt as he was given sharingan eyes containing uchiha/senju chakra. Him being the tensai he is, a PS would come easy.

The issue is Kakashi being able to use Susano'o, but stabilize it instantly. That is not hard concept to grasp.
