Because Toshiro is just a boy, I didn't include any characters under 17 as I thought it was inappropriate.

Hinamori joined academy more than 40 years ago. Toshiro at that time was around. Which mean that he is way older than 17.

In mortal terms maybe but in Soul Reaper terms he is a child. I did consider adding him as I know that the base age range is rather young but in the end, I deemed it inappropriate but people can still put him down in there lists if they wish to.
