Depends on what department/agency you go with. Some departments only have a few because they cost more in maintenance and aren't necessarily faster than the new Fords. Unless all they have are Chargers in there fleet, there isn't any way you can guarantee that you will get to drive one aside from maybe if a specific unit such as the traffic unit has them...
