1)Civilians in OPverse hate Celestial Dragons that's why they attacked Mingo's family
2)if u leave your celestial dragon rank/position then u will never get it back
3)D's are enemies of Celestial Dragon & Celestial dragons hate these guys
4)Dwarves were slaves of Donquixote family 800years ago & Riku family freed them

I also think there will probably be a hidden poneglyph on Zou! Other than the fact that the island is over 1000 years old, the culture just seems like the type of place that would have one; it's got an ancient jungle vibe to it. Oda places the poneglyphs very specifically and the Zou arc has been fantastic and full of surprises so far, so I'll bet the Minks have a piece of that ancient history.

The rulers of Dressrosa became Celestial Dragons, so it's one of the places that has the lowest possible chance of hiding a Poneglyph. Despite that it hasn't officially been proven yet, by now we can assume that the creation of the WG by the first generation Celestial Dragons is connected with removal of 100 years of history, aka the Void Century, and that the Poneglyph are the only existing records of that century. So you're really not going to find the only existing proof of the Void Century on the island where one of the original Celestial Dragons ruled that did there very best to remove this century from existence.

Zou however is something completely different and actually has a lot in common with Fishman Island: an ancient race of humanoid creatures that has a bad history with mankind and that lives on an island that's extremely hard to reach. This screams Poneglyph. I would honestly be surprised if there wouldn't be a Ponegplyph on Zou.
