You know how Facebook has a feature where you can poke someone this site needs that but also add a slap feature as well for people who post more than ridiculous things I vote yes for this feature.

I disagree with your idea. If someone posts a ridiculous thing, then just post back and say why you disagree with that thing, or you could neg rep them. Example: if someone trolls or you see that person continuously breaking the rules after being told then neg rep them.
