Pokemon X fans

Hey guys, this is completely unrelated to the base, but this is the fastest way to get word spread through alot of people for me.

For those of you who play Pokemon, and have the new Pokemon X/Y, do you know if there's anyway to get my pokemon from Pokemon White onto Pokemon X?

I have pokemon on there that have been on my team for years and I want them on Pokemon X but can't figure it out?

Anyone have any idea?
