This is accepted however just because you set that to your team it isnt guranteed that those will be your final team.Also NO ONE starts off with pokemon on hand you must go out and actually catch them. Since you started off with a pikachu there isnt a way for you to guy one of the original starters o.e. no typholsion. Please correct your template.
