Lance: Charmander use Flamethrower *Charmander regains his posture and uses Flamethrower Lance readies his Pokeball just in case*

(haha I dont know on the game i usally have it at early in the game like first gym leader but if its not allowed then thats sweet)

Lance: Charmander use Scratch at the ground and then dodge*Charmander uses Scratch and hits dirt and/or sand in front of him allowing Charmander to move out of the way of Pidgey's tackle it also has the same effect as sand attack*
