fire red charmander was the first pokemon, i remeber having butter free aswell because of the good bye butter free episode but thats all i remeber of my fire red team date was decemeber 25th 2003 still have the gameboy i got with it, oringal gold emerald heart gold and black 2

mew twos new form looks good, even though it looks like majin buu absorbed mew it still looks nice i nearly gave up pokemon forever once never again :'(

I was at the ripe age of 7 when Pokemon Red was released in the US. Perfect timing, because that was when I was starting to get a firm grip on the English language! Of course at this time because no one in the school (or game development business) knew how glitches worked, we all had crazy ideas about hidden content in games that you could access by "going to this place 100 times, then catch this pokemon 6 times, then beat the Elite Four, then travel to the Pokemon Fossil Lab, then talk to the Old Man thrice". It was a stupid, but fun time.
