First off, that's why every show makes episodes, to make money, if it doesn't make them money then they cancel it. Also if you haven't even tried it then you're in no position to talk, give it a chance and then give me your opinion, good or bad. If you did play it you would see that it has the best plot a pokemon game has ever had.

I gave it a chance too many times it isnt the same pokemon anymore. Plot is same old same old only with more useless Legendarys and cheap looking pokemon.

when i finish a pokemon game The plot will not matter, and of course they make it for money,BUT the reasons why Are we going to continue with producing episodes for the money or for the fans. It's obvious they care little about the franchise. Why else would they make ash like 10 again, to put out another couple hundred episodes? but anyone with a brain would of thought they should of ended it after 4th Gen. Now there is candles and chandeliers as pokemon?

Thank you when I play a pokemon game my goal is to "catch them all" and become the "best pokemon trainer". yes the plot has to be good but if you ask me 5gen sucks. And yes their milking out the franchise just like drangon ball gt.

Yes plot does most defeintly matter! Black and White and i am sure its the same for 2 have great plots! The story makes the difference.

Secondly who says most of us arent pokemon fans the new gen sucks and theirs millions that agree I like all the older gens games like Emerald, Soul silver, Saphhire, ruby, fire red, yellow, leaf green, crystal, diamond, platinum. And the current pokemon anime pssh the worst I have seen in a while "the plot is good" NO! Its the same thing only worse!

i liked diamond, but black and white were like wtf?
i played black somewhat, but then just stopped in between, i honestly prefer pokemon red and emerald over any pokemon game.

First of all .. Thank U for making a Pokemon Fan thread ... I really like Pokemon so i'm Glad some one made a thread about it

But like many other fan I also kinda lost interest in it after generation IV ... I mean i still play upto 4th and once played White also ... But Imo ... upto 4th is best ... here also some ppl liked 5th also ... thats entirely personal ... but I dont have any interest in it for some reasons ( And I bet others who r posting as they dont like will have if not all but some of these ) ...

Bad Character design to me .... when it first came out ... those pokes really looked like some living beings ... somewhat diff but looks like they r alive ... but later its becoming somewhat material type ... I know they may be ran out of design ( xd .. but true maybe ) ... but then y they dont stop producing new .. we never wanted a bunch of weird looking chair , table , candle , fan , fridge *meh*

I personally dont like unlimited use of TM .... I think that ruins the fun ... u dont have to worry about moves ... I admit its somewhat useful for competitive battles but ...

again only positive point I have about gen 5 ... lots of move improvements ... if they did only that .. that would be awesome ... I mean upgraded current pokemons .. But thats my opinion .. everybody has their Own ... so No offense

Pokemon FTW. People who say Pokemon sucks now haven't played the B/W 2 and haven't seen the anime recently. Black 2 is my second favorite only behind the Gen 2 remakes and anime is surprisingly been really good, you got to give it a chance.

I think dude ... Rep merely means anything ... If u dont create threads and post lots of troll pics and that , u will not get many Rep points unless ur always agreeing with the thread OP and *****'in random ppl so they can rep u back ... I love Pokémon with such a big passion! I agree, Ash is still an annoying douche in the anime, but such is life. v__v

B/W2 are amazing games, I would recommend them to everyone! Also, please stop posting things like 'Red is the best!' or 'The new Pokémon are gay compared to Red and Blue...' because a true Pokémon fan will realize that the new Pokémon are just as good - if not, better than the old Pokémon. After all, how is an alive version of a Pokéball creative? Or a bunch of seven eggs with faces?

Like what? Gen2= new types. Gen3=?? Gen4=?? Not mad i just don't know what you mean by they each added something new...

Gen 2 = New Pokemon and Steel and Dark Variant
Gen 3 = More Pokemon; Abilities; Advanced Breeding methods; Change in IV's; Battle Frontier
Gen 4 = More Pokemon (lol); More abilities; more advance tatics; The distinction between physical and special attacks
Gen 5 = Too many pokemon; alterations in attacks and abilities; more items; better graphics and a whole new engine; triple and rotation battle; better breeding mechanics

There was always something new lol, theres a lot more to name but I don't feel like it
