Details:

I have Pokemon X. On super training, I maxed out all of my Pokemons Base stats, EV's. Would items that boost EV's, such as the power bracelet/Macho brace still work even after they've been maxed? Thanks in advanced.

What do you mean by maxed? Only 252EVs can be obtained in any stat, and only 600 total. If either of these limits are met, EV boosting items will do nothing for that stat.
If you mean once the Pokemon is Lvl100, then it will still work. Ever since GenV, EVs affect stats immediately rather than on level.
