Just open VBA, and open the ROM... good to go, if you want you can set up your hotkeys and options for gameplay, and also this is even better than the original games, no idea why they didn't make a game like this one that follows the anime series :S
If you want to set it up to HQ while using FULL SCREEN then just google "How to make VBA HQ"
It will bring you lots a lag tho. Good luck ^_^
