MS was right before he hit the wall.
All the others were other skills (like shuriken practice when sasuke was a kid
)

Nope the older pokes were out of kidding and joking with his brother, the last poke before he hit the wall was the transplant ^^

that is just an affection of itachi to sasuke......before his face hit the wall he placed amaterasu in him i guess.....not his eyes.......
